"Hotel view was beautiful and the room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The room had a lot of things that needed to be fixed and our check in wasn't the greatest. The room wasnt ready at check in time which was completely fine and were asked to wait about 5 minutes which we were okay with. We waited nearly 15 mins and asked again as we had to leave for a specific time. (during the wait the employees were arguing it was a little uncomfortable) We asked if our room was ready the agent...

"The room was very run down. The bed was lousy. The power outlet was an electrical fire looking for an excuse to happen. I deeply regret all the poor life decisions that led to my choosing to stay there. But hey, on the plus side, there were only one or two visible ants, so...I guess there could have been more? Yay."

Room itself was not really all that clean and I could hear everything that my neighbours were saying. Someone was working on the fourth floor in the business centre and walking over top and through the door. The tub needs to be replaced. This was good for a night’s stay but would not stay longer. "

"Overall, we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, and the location was excellent for getting around and enjoying the area. A couple of small improvements that could enhance the guest experience: - Providing additional coffee for longer stays would be appreciated - It would be helpful to communicate in advance that parking is limited and may require a reservation for those traveling by car"
