The room was in unacceptable condition — the bed had no proper sheets, and the mattress protector was visibly dirty. I was so disgusted that I could not stay. I documented everything on video. I strongly hope management improves their cleaning standards immediately. "

"If all your looking for is a bed, then this place is ok (way over priced for what it is) but if you want a cup of coffee your out of luck, no coffee, no breakfast, not even a box of kleenex. Up side there is a Gentlemen Club right next door."

"The bed was clean and the room was quiet. So it served the purpose. But very spartan overall. They did not clean my room after the first night. The staff on duty said it was because I was not there to open the door. Duh. Very awkward approach to the property due to one-way roads."

Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. "Toilets didnt flush consistently in 2 different rooms we were assigned to. We had to pick the best. We were not offered any compensation for the defective toilets. We explained that we needed a properly functioning toilet due to medical issues but the problem was not resolved. Breakfast was sloppy and barely warm. The stairwell smelled and was filthy, worried about touching anything as you might catch something. Were told we would have a room attendant to clean and tidy but nobody ever came. "

"Parking was easy and pool was clean. View of the water and the boat docks were beautiful. The public beach and area restaurants were walkable. The condo was very clean and spacious. There were beach toys for the children. The washer and dryer were there for use and came in handy. Bring your supplies and you will feel right at home! Thank you for sharing your happy place!!!"
