"Beware the all inclusive rate and resort fee doesn’t include parking. They drop that on you when you check in! Would not stay again because of the nickel and dime fees have become excessive. You can’t charge resort fee then add parking fee upon check in"

"The hotel was great. Staff was friendly from the front desk to the ladies in the breakfast room. The rooms were clean and spacious. Only issue - unsupervised kids kickedn our door (2x) around 9pm. Also the guest from across the hall were yelling and screaming at each other at 1215am. It was loud. It was yelling then 15 minutes later we heard laughter."

"The pictures of the room I booked did not match the room I was given. We were sent to “ building 2” which the room was musty and not cleaned well. The room was very out dated and needed renovation. Being a solo parent traveling with a child, I didn’t have that sense of safety here especially with the parking being in the back. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the 4pm check in and the line took an hour and half to check in. Best part of our stay was how happy my son was for the pool and free...

"Very clean resort! We had issues with our door when checking in & not enough towels. They had some activities but not a lot for the wkn. Would have loved to see the Michael Jackson show but that happens on a wk day 😞The food was wonderful though!"

"Room muggy smell upon arrival Air conditioning at 60 still warm in room Dirty clothes found behind couch Housekeeping tried multiple times to enter our room at 9 am when checkout is not till 11. Thank goodness we had deadbolt activated so couldn’t get in. Breakfast buffet was good especially Mickey waffles that were different flavors. Hot tub had live bugs coming out filtering drain. Hallway carpets dirty never swept in our days there."
