"I stayed at this property for 28 days. During my stay, the air conditioning was not cooling the room properly. I reported the issue twice, and while maintenance did come out each time, the problem was never actually resolved. As a result, we spent several days in an uncomfortably warm room. After my stay, I requested a partial refund because we did not receive the level of comfort we paid for. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and I never received a response. The lobby and breakfast room is new and beautiful, the rooms are renovated but needs some details and my room needs more cleaning especially the bathroom I noticed some hairs, but generally was comfortable and good for the price recommended for families with kids. Location is excellent also!"

"All staff were great. We had key issues at first and maintenance came to check it out right away but it cleared up and had no more issues. Everything was pretty decent. I love having the ability to keep laundry clean. I would stay here again 🙂"

"Check in staff was very nice and welcoming. Property was interesting- our room slanted so doors and drawers would open on their own, laundry (hotel bedding) was left in our room and never picked up. Elevators need a serious upgrade."

"Most things were just fine, many things were really good. The bar is a complete joke, it is closed completely on Sunday and Monday. There are flyers posted all over the hotel, so not being open everyday looks foolish and lazy. The bar tender is an inattentive, surly grump, (keeping my language clean) who clearly hates his job. That system needs a complete revamp. I will also note that charging guests to park in your parking lot is ridiculous. That seems cheap and appears to be one more gouge...

"The staff didn’t know much what I was asking for like washcloth and towels. The breakfast was not good it was to salty and we use the last two days. My son brought his game an they took all the hdmi ports out."

"I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn and Suites Properties. This one definitely needs to be updated. Both rooms I was in smelled like mildew. The bathroom was not updated and could have been cleaner. I read the reviews thinking it was similar to the other properties I’ve been to. I probably won’t be staying there again."
