"Booked 2 rooms each with 1 King and 2 twins; upon check in only had rooms with 1 king and 1 queen. Told sold out for that night and extra persons could sleep on couches. I reported the issue twice, and while maintenance did come out each time, the problem was never actually resolved. As a result, we spent several days in an uncomfortably warm room. The lobby and breakfast room is new and beautiful, the rooms are renovated but needs some details and my room needs more cleaning especially the bathroom I noticed some hairs, but generally was comfortable and good for the price recommended for families with kids. "I loved the hotel the only thing is to parking We had to pay $16 parking everybday we were there for 8 days. We came back at night there was no parking we had to find a curb or drive around for awhile if we are paying for parking there should be enough parking spots for every guest"

"Great hotel with friendly staff. The amenities, pool, tiki bar , mini golf and Continental breakfast made our stay here very pleasing. We will definitely return on our next trip. I'm glad we were recommended to use the hotel by a family member. I definitely will recommend to friends and family."

"I was expecting more based off the pictures. Everything was old inside the room, fans were noisy, carpet was old, kitchen appliances were old, you can hear all the wood in the walls and floor creak, second bedroom had two different beds/mattresses, 2 out of 3 tvs were smart tvs and one had a messed up remote and that tv was really small. picture on Expedia showed a balcony but we didn’t get one. I would not stay here again when I can stay somewhere better somewhere else for similar price."

"Most things were just fine, many things were really good. The bar is a complete joke, it is closed completely on Sunday and Monday. There are flyers posted all over the hotel, so not being open everyday looks foolish and lazy. The bar tender is an inattentive, surly grump, (keeping my language clean) who clearly hates his job. That system needs a complete revamp. I will also note that charging guests to park in your parking lot is ridiculous. That seems cheap and appears to be one more gouge...

"I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn and Suites Properties. This one definitely needs to be updated. Both rooms I was in smelled like mildew. The bathroom was not updated and could have been cleaner. I read the reviews thinking it was similar to the other properties I’ve been to. I probably won’t be staying there again."
