"Not the cleanest place we have ever stayed - there was hair in the shower from previous occupants so that was a big indicator it wasn't cleaned very well. However, the pool area was nice and well kept and parking was easy. The bed was comfortable as well. Worth the price paid."

"Room was clean, beds were comfy. Cost is low mostly because the place is old and could use improvement. AC barely worked, there was no elevator, very few power outlets or usb charging stations. If you're looking for a bare necessities place for a low price it's good for that. "

"We loved our 12 day stay at Polynesian isle, check in was easy and friendly staff. The property is very well cared for and clean, pools and hot tubs were very clean and maintained daily. Our private entrance condo was also very clean and tidy, kitchen had a small amount of dishes and cook ware to use. I liked there was an ice maker, fridge, microwave and stove. Beds were very comfortable and new. Jacuzzi bath was my favorite with walk in shower. Shared washer and dryer with 1 other neighbor,...

"The rooms and the property are very clean and well maintained. We felt that the service staff (bar and restaurant) were completely untrained and therefore we ate and found cheaper beer off property. The front end staff and housekeeping staff were terrific. Breakfast buffet not worth $15"

"Staff are amazing (special mention to Christian, night shift). Very good breakfast. Staff very kind and helpful. Carpets need a little bit of cleaning. Sheets should be ironed or something like that. Otherwise it looks like they have never been replaced. A little bit of additional cleaning or replacement of the carpets wouldn't hurt. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel."
