"The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."

"The most surprising thing about this hotel is that it came with a washer dryer which was fantastic as I’ve been travelling for about a month and it was really wonderful to have that service. Plus it’s a very quirky hotel in the best way love the Clock collection!"

"Overall was decent for one night stay. We used the pool and staff was nice the bit of interaction we had. Parking was under garage. It wasn’t too expensive ($11) but would preferred be included. It did automatically get included during check in. Location was nice as it’s surrounded by shopping center /movie theater."

"We got a free shuttle to pick us up from O'Hare and then got a return trip on Monday to fly home. On time. Great drivers. Very helpful. We enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. Clean and spacious room. Lots of amenities. We could live there."
