The bed was comfy, the majority of the staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool area was well stocked with towels and chairs. The bathroom was a little in need of updating and I really wanted that bathrobe that was listed as available."

"Great location - steps to the beach, walkable to shopping and restaurants. Minutes from the free trolley stop to take us to shelter cove harbor, we didn't even need to rent a car. Our only issue was that despite full service room cleaning offered on request at check-in, when we asking for this service (every day), this was not accommodated once."

Rolled flack hair is everywhere, old socks, previously left in a room… we couldn’t walk in the floors, was soooo dirty , I think outside was cleaner then inside. I would never recommend to stay there. I made a comment on google , property management apologize and ‘ hopped’ we coma back again. That’s is so crazy to me ."
