"The toilet was broken and leaking in the first room assigned. Changed rooms and the new room was infested with bugs, the sink was clogged, and there were clothes or something left from tje previous guests. Overall lack of cleanliness. I will never stay at another Quality Inn & Suites. Worst place I have ever stayed!"

"Arrived to discover I had been booked into a smoking room, and then into a room with an unpleasant smell (kind of musty and cleaner sweet overlay). Ack! But the front desk was great at service recovery and moved me to another room that was just right. I didn’t expect a luxury experience based on the price and description. I expected an adequate, no frills room for my 2- night stay and that’s just what I got. I rated it: okay and that satisfied my need for this stay. I connected with four different front desk staff and they were all helpful and professional."

"It was just an overnight but the hotel was a good choice. First stop on our 2 week trip that served fresh cut fruit as a breakfast choice. The hotel was 15 minutes from the German Village area of Columbus where we had dinner. There were quite a few food choices in the hotel area. The hotel is on an access road near the highway. Depending on the time of day, getting out of the access road can be difficult."
