The phone was behind some junk and hard for me to reach, especially since I had a recent injury. I rang for so long I wondered if anyone was coming. The agent was very personable. "I think this hotel might be in a transition. There wasn’t WiFi on our stay. We waited at the front desk for several minutes while the attendants at the desk completed a project. There were several things out of order. The parking lot had a fairly decent sized hole in by one of the drains."

"We loved everything about the Ohioan. The check-in and staff were the best and most professional people we could hope to interact with. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and the breakfast staff were amazing. Parking was easy and plentiful. The swimming pools were just right for our grandkids. The location was isolated and safe. Overall rating by all in our group is the best score possible and more."

"When we checked in, my wife noticed there was no hair dryer, so we went to the front desk to report that and to ask for a hair dryer to be provided. The young woman behind the counter, who clearly would rather have been anyplace else on earth than working behind this counter, looked at my wife and responded (I'm not making this up) "You do realize I'm going to have to go and look for one?" "Everyone was friendly and the room was clean and quiet"

"The room we received was disgusting. There was no soap in the bathroom, the TV and phone were broke, the sheets were stained and wet with the comforter pulled up over the stain. Replacement room had long hairs on the sheets. Management seen useless. The ladies working the desk were nice."
