"This a good VERY CLEAN no frills place to stay in Missoula. It is obviously lovingly maintained and cleaned, that being said it it straight out of the late 80s. At least my room was. A bit far from downtown and the freeway, but in a safe area with restaurants and a convenience right next door. I would definitely stay again."

"This place is obviously an older property that was renovated. I arrived after hours (office is closed 10pm to 8am.) The late check in was simple and convenient. The bed and bedding were good. Room was clean. There was no noise between rooms, but there was road noise from the busy road. Also a train whistle early in the morning. It kept me from getting as much sleep as I would have liked. The bathroom was clean, except for the shower that had mildew stains that they attempted to cover with...

"I was charged $20 for Im assuming 2 bottled waters. I never received a full print out of the receipt that showed what the $20 fee was for. Paid over $400 for 1 night stay. Room was ok but not $400 worthy."

"Bed linens were great and clean, good pillows too. Could use a bit of paint here and there and updating. Couches needed cleaned. But kitchen was clean and usable. Air conditioning worked great although a bit noisy. The woman at front desk very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is an older hotel, with a few stains on the carpets but furnishings are in good shape. The room was clean with adequate bathroom, coffee and tea supplies. Staff was friendly and helpful. One night had an issue with loud arguing people close by. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would stay there again. "

"This is an old dog of a place to stay - only appropriate for people who don't have high standards and want to save a buck. In our room there was a hole in bathroom door, the sink faucet wouldn't shut all the way off and the bedding smelled like someone had already used it. We certainly will never go back again. The breakfast offerring was decent."

"Our room was not clean. Floor had sticky stuff on it. No place to hang clothes,unless you do what I did...I made the coffee station a closet. And the shelves for socks and undergarments. Room is big enough to accommodate this situation with a chest. Overall cleanliness was not good. Homeless people staying in a corner groove of trees next to property. I would not recommend,to my family or friends."

"It is excellent place for bed and breakfast. Best comfort rooms with nice different views. I stay two nights with two different rooms . As well as very quiet in your rooms. Only thing is long narrow driveway to get their place but not a big deal. Also, very nice hot breakfast! I will definitely return next year!"

"We stayed at this hotel twice in a two week period, made non-refundable reservations about a month in advance. Chose this property because of brand and reviews AND because there was a pool and hot tub. Our first stay, pool had been drained for cleaning and was unavailable. Second stay both were open. Pool was too cold to swim in and hot tub heater was broken!!! If we hadn't chosen this property for the pool amenities I would give them 4-5 stars."
