"Wonderful hotel that is walkable to everything in downtown Blowing Rock. Property is new and very clean. Plenty of parking on site. They even offer earplugs (we didn't need them), eye shades, a steamer, and phone charging plugs built into the lamps. The hotel is unstaffed, so make sure you get your entry code before you get there (we couldn't get a cell signal in the parking lot so had to borrow wifi from a local store). "Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty.
