Very comfortable. Strong shower and water very hot. A couple of minor points that would be easy to remedy: a shelf or basket to put shampoo in rather than on the edge or the bath and a towel hook within easy reach of the shower. "

"It was a classic cheaper airport hotel. Modern, though a touch dated, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fine (but no Worcestershire, brown or any other sauces!) and the location was easily walkable to the airport. I’d stay here again the next time I use this airport, and recommend the place. "

"I payed for 2 nights I expect the facilities to work there was no hot water the whole stay I'm not been funny but I'd like some sort of refund I wasn't able to have a wash,bath or shower in 2 days why are u taking bookings if u know there's no hot water "

"Overall, Holiday Inn at St Stephen's is a great location. It is in Hull city center and in walking distance to a lot of things. It is joined to the mall, which has a good section of restaurants, so it's a great spot to stay. Jamie, who works in the kitchen during breakfast was phenomenal and provided beyond excellent customer service. He made sure we had vegan sausages ready for us every morning. The housekeeping could be better. We stayed in our room nearly 2 weeks and it was never vacummed. We...
