"This is our go to spot in the Clearwater area. Golfers paradise, lots of pools. The property is spread out so it never feels crowded. Building exteriors look old fashioned but the 1 bedroom king suite is fully updated. I like having a full kitchen and nice balcony. 10 min ride to Honeymoon Island beach. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. You will need a car but they have a little shuttle that will run you around. About 30 mins to Clearwater beach."

"Rooms hardly have furniture. Bathroom sink edge had so many ciggarette burns it has become a design for the past 20 years. Falling off handles on sink n shower. Curtain is molded a foot up the bottom. No blankets. No body wash . Not up to Choice any where I have Ever been. No reply from the property can make uo for the delapidated conditions of rooms. Nice staff doesnt make up for it. Place NEEDS TOTAL RENOVATION!!"

"Upon arriving at 1:45pm they told me we couldn't check in until 3 or else I had to pay $35. All this was said while there was a sign on the desk (that I didn't notice until coming back after 3) that said you could check in at 2. While checking in the girl at the front desk was very kind but when I pointed out the sign the manager in the office became angry and loud and proceeded to argue with me about check in. After checking in the room was good but the ice machines were both broken. No ice at...

"Parking was easy and pool was clean. View of the water and the boat docks were beautiful. The public beach and area restaurants were walkable. The condo was very clean and spacious. There were beach toys for the children. The washer and dryer were there for use and came in handy. Bring your supplies and you will feel right at home! Thank you for sharing your happy place!!!"
