"Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied."

"From the time we check in and wanted to check out was about an hour. The rooms were dark, dead bugs on the floor, spiders crawling on the furnisher, the pool was ice cold and cloudy and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. I was not able to get a full refund. Half was the best they could do. We stated anyway because our four year old was so excited to swim. I will never stay at this location again."

"Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc."

"Rooms are comfortable for a short stay. Staff is helpful. My only suggestion is that the coffee machine is available all day and not just in the morning. The staff was kind enough to plug in and I was able to get coffee in the afternoon."
