"Overall I give this hotel 3 stars. The rooms were clean and fresh looking. I felt comfortable in there which is huge for me because I hate hotels in general. I took a point off because the woman at the front desk was not friendly and yelled multiple times at random kids who were not doing anything wrong. "The room was perfect! It was super comfy, the tv had youtube, netflix and prime video which was really nice and they also provided dishware (plates, bowls, etc.) as well as cookware (pots, pans, strainer bowl, etc.) The ac unit worked really well and we were able to customize the room temp to our liking in a matter of minutes. The fridge had lots of space which was a plus. I came here to relax and get away from life and this was exactly what I needed. Easy 10/10 as I def plan on coming here...

"I thought everything was excellent. My one suggestion is that 8:30AM on a Saturday was too early for housekeeping to be knocking. We'd had a long day of travelling and a funeral the day before and wanted to sleep in a bit, and it woke us up."

"My best friend and I went to the spa for her birthday and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful and the spa itself has such a nice atmosphere. The heated pool was a lovely way to start. The massage I got was fabulous. So relaxing and just lovely. The hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was great. I would stay again in a heartbeat. It was a wonderful experience. "

"We are frequents visitors at this location and I have never had a bad room, but this last visit was not enjoyable . Our fan in our bathroom was so incredibly loud everytime you turned on the light that I had a bad sleep as my husband uses the washroom frequently in the night and I was woken up every time "

"The staff are lovely, room was comfortable, however, I found my room not as clean as I would have expected. My bathroom floor had toe nail clippings on it, and there were several dark hairs in the shower, and countertop. The hallway also had an off putting odour, but it was only in the hallway. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet."
