Hotel dekat Mainway Ice Centre

"This is what appears to be a very new and modern Hampton Inn. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I learned that when we arrived that I had accidentally booked my stay to start a day later and I was very impressed with the staff person’s ability to quickly adapt and adjust for my error. We were able to stay in the same room for the duration and I simply had to rebook the room the next morning which only took a few minutes. The room was spotless and the beds were quite comfortable....

"Rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. Full breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. I will stay again."

"This hotel should be avoided. The rooms smell of smoke as if someone was smoking right be the vents. It is dirty and in an industrial area. There are people who live in this hotel and it has affected the quality of the building. Do not stay here."

"Clean room, easy entry into building location is in a very walkable neighborhood with bars and restaurants. Parking close by in back of building."

"Best hotel our family has ever stayed at. New hotel, super clean and well taken care of. Great hot breakfast with a lot of variety of food. Pool was warm and clean. Parking is $20 and underground but it’s connected to the hotel which was really convenient. We walked around the neighbourhood to go to a concert downtown… okay that was sketchy… lots of homeless people and drug addicts… just be aware of that."

"Clean, friendly good breakfast"

"Very basic breakfast"

"When checking in we requested to be in a room that was not close to the elevators and shared we wanted to be in a quieter area - close to the elevators tends to be noisier. We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did...

"Great central location"
