"It was a clean room, but outdated. I thought it would be more updated, since they stated they recently renovated the rooms. Be aware that the doors slam shut if you do not gently close them. That means we could hear everybody's door slamming shut. It was affordable. I was aware how far the parking lot was from the hotel, but some may not know that. I was disappointed all the previously unloading/loading areas are now parking areas. It makes it hard to load/unload your bags with everybody...

"The refrigerator didn't work, nor the TV remote. The staff was informed within 1 hour of check in for a two day stay. They never fixed it. The advertised laundry, pool and vending was all locked. The front desk said it had been for a year. The first floor ice machine was out of order."

"Loved our stay at the Tropicana. The property was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy, the pool, pool cafe and arcade were enjoyable and parking garage was near our room. Would definitely come back on our next trip to Laughlin."
