"Room equipped with lots of mirrors, giving a shady and dirty vibe. Nasty odor in the room. Airconditioning barely working, 25 degrees in the room, way to hot. These are not standard hotel rooms, they look like rooms per hour. If you know what I mean... Room was clean though, amenities quite sparse No shower gel canister attached to the wall, used toilet roll and no reserve ones. Small shower supply amenity kit, enough towels. Adverts states there is a bar, but there's none, only breakfast....

"Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare Como e il lago, anche se nemmeno il navigatore è riuscito a muoversi bene in quella zona. Struttura grande ben tenuta e moderna. Ottima colazione. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito."

"Hele fijne locatie om te verblijven 20 minuutjes van como, ruime parkeergelegenheid achter een poort, hele vriendelijke gastheer Alessandro die smorgens heel graag een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtje voor je maakt. Er is een goede pizzeria op 2 min loopafstand voor afhaal. "

"Hotel was in a very good location if you don't want to pay for lakefront lodging. While the a/c wasn't working in part of the hotel, they put fans in all the rooms. They moved us to a room with working a/c for the second night and gave us a rate adjustment for the first night. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, especially Anna Marie and Ileana and also the manager. Would definitely stay again!"
