"Staff was rude, not helpful at all, had an attitude until the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Front desk person had no clue if they had lids for the ice buckets at first then turned around and said they don't provide them How nasty is that to not have something covering ice that goes into your mouth or something you want to drink I'm handicapped and need to take medicine twice a day with 6 oz of milk Every other hotel I have stayed in and no issue providing me that since they...

"We have stayed here may times over the years. They are very clean, well maintained, up to date. The staff is always extremely friendly. They are walking distance to many local shops and restaurants"

"Great hotel."

"Everything at this motel was good."

"Cool little escape off a private road - unexpected for the humble surroundings - great details like a steam shower. Pristine property"

"I think I answered all your questions."

"Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

"Pleasant stay"

"LOVED the Staff..Susan was the best-she upgraded our room due to us being first time visitors! THANKS SUSAN! The river view was wonderful. The Balcony to our room was exceptional-clean. Although we were satisfied with our room; the bathroom could have had better lighting or bulbs-but that was OK because I had the balcony the natural light! Bathrooms were very clean. The beds were nice, a bit too soft. The carpet a bit musty upon entering room. The hot breakfast was nice to have a upon awakening...

"The location was perfect and there is self-serve hot breakfast every morning. Don't expect clean towels, hand towels, or wash cloths, toilet paper, or trash bags unless you find the two "housemen" that clean the room after you leave. Absolutely no cleaning is done until after you leave. Front desk told us to leave dirty linens outside, along with trash, but over 12 hours later they were still there. The only time we were in the lobby, there were two check-in girls talking rudely about an...

"Disappointing Stay – Bugs in the Hotel Room I was very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. I found ladybugs and ants on the ceiling, floor, and curtains. I took several photos as evidence. Finding insects throughout the room was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, but this experience fell short of my expectations. Hotel management should take pest control and room inspections more seriously. I would not recommend...

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our babymoon! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was incredible and made for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Our hosts were truly exceptional — so kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The fresh-made breakfast every morning was such a special touch and something we looked forward to each day. We also loved having access to all of the resort’s amenities and really appreciated...

"The room we stayed in was recently renovated and still looked and smelled new. Decent warm breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was fully booked and there was not enough parking."

"We had a clean and comfortable stay. Grounds and hotel were nicely kept. We would stay again."

"The room was very clean and cozy. The location is close to restaurants and major attractions. I loved the rocking chairs on the entrance porch."
