Me hicieron un cargo extra, la habitación estaba horrible, sábanas sucias, cuarto sucio, la cortina de baño no quedaba, no había toallas limpias, la cama estaba húmeda y el personal solamente se limitó a decir que no podían hacer nada qe la ocupación estaba al 100%. "When i checked in the young lady that was there was nice and polite and it was a quick check in. Since we were on the second floor i thought maybe use the elevator but they don't have one. Once we got to the room i was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room it was spacious and a good size. Once we got settled i was looking for extra comforter in the cabinets and didn't find one what i did find where roaches. If there are roaches in the cabinets then there are roaches in other places as...

"Pros-Clean room, beachfront location, good breakfast bar. Con-they charge you $45 per day to use their beach lawn chairs."

"It was the cleanest motel we’ve ever stayed at. The AC worked great. The bar and restaurant were right downstairs. The beach was steps away. We loved our time there and we’re excited to go back! "

"Book through southpadretrips.com, that is who this property is originally managed through and it's cheaper. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. "

"The rooms were in good condition. However we noticed several roaches. Place needs to be fumigated. Showed need a deeper cleaning as well. Other than that it’s a nice condo with a beautiful ocean view. "
