"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"The staff are very attentive and helpful. We stayed in a standard room which was a good size and the bed was the same. It wasn't spotless but clean enough. The breakfast had a good choice of cereal and a hot buffet. We had dinner also, the food was very filling and tasty."

"A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead. "I've stayed at this hotel a few times and always loved it but I was disappointed this time! Room thermostat didn't work + sink blocked. No-one came to change towels, empty bins etc. Breakfast was terrible on first morning - no cups, plates, cutlery, juice or some food items! Everyone was waiting for ages! Scrambled egg wasn't nice! Has put me off returning in the future!"
