"Had a great stay at the Haley hotel. Love the property and staff. Had to catch a plane too early in the morning to have breakfast but I have no doubt it would’ve been very good. "

"When we first arrived we thought we had come to the wrong place as it looked more like a religious retreat than a hotel,but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing fantastic choice and everything cooked to perfection Also as a bonus you could help yourself to unlimited tea and coffee not in your room but a short walk to the refreshments room or if you go downstairs to the lounge area there is a proper coffee machine plus a large selection of teas which you can take up to your room.Overall we had a great stay good value for money would definitely use when next in the area."

"Parking was expensive £35 Asked the hotel twice about parking options prior to stay, no response. Was disappointed to be told at checkin that I had to pay full price. 😑 or take the car park out of the Q car park and pre book. "

"Steps into the property are a health and safety hazard, need to have some hand rails. Stair carpets quite grubby and frayed in parts. Was on top floor and again missing hand rails. Location not good for public transport into city centre. Every guest seemed to be leaving and arriving in taxis"
