"Well, outside was a building site! You can tell it was once quite swish! The old gardens are lovely.
The outside of the building has recently been refurbished as has the floor in the entrance hall. After that everything needs attention. I'm guessing it's " work in progress?"
The receptionist was very polite and showed us to our room up in the top floor. The view over Leeds was amazing.
