"When I checked in the receptionist was really full on demanding my passport. I explained I didn’t have it and she was really stroppy insisting that they need it. I was eventually shown to my room which was described as a deluxe ensuite room. It was not very nice. It was hot, no fan. The single bed was uncomfortable with springs digging out of the mattress. I had a shower which was ok but very small. Then I went to go out but found 3 men loitering outside in the front driveway area in their cars...

We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do. "Modernes Hotel im Zentrum von Leeds. Ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer, eher klein. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage (bei der Hitzewelle im Juli 2026 ein Segen). Sehr gutes Frühstück vom Buffet, typisch englisch. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels der gleichen Kategorie preislich etwas höher angesiedelt. Ideal für Besichtigung von Leeds zu Fuß, da alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Altstadt relativ kompakt ist, auch einige gute Restaurants fußläufig. Geparkt wurde...

"Super hotel with super welcome! Great location in central Leeds. Friendly staff, clean room, we had a room with 2 double beds and still enough space. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Leeds."

"Excellent AC but I was given a wheelchair user room which I do not need and was not suitable for me. I did ask reception to change it but they said they are full. It meant i wan banging my legs and bending my back to use the sink in the bathroom and the room had no wardrobe."
