"Really welcoming and friendly staff. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Had evening meal in the pub and even though they had two large groups in for Christmas meals they looked after us really well. Staff are the standout but the place overall was great"

"A night stop after attending a concert at the nearby O2 academy. Pin room and front door entry brilliant. Room very good but no instructions on operating air conditioner. Got it going after while."
