"We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour."

"Overall this was a great stay! Our room was clean and the bathroom was large enough for our family of 4. The pullout couch mattress left something to be desired, the king mattress wasnt great but could have been worse, and they should get new pillows but for the few nights we were there we managed. The pool should be cleaned out a little more regularly and the hot tub didn’t work so that was kind of a bummer. We’ve stayed in better and we’ve stayed in worse.
