A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed up. Furthermore, the bathroom had only cold water and no toiletries were provided, other than toilet paper. To make matters worse, because it was raining and the window frames were not sealed, water from the gutters was pouring straight onto a tin surface. The noise was so loud that it was impossible to get to sleep."
