"Everything was excellent "

"The staff was exremely welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to offer to bring in our lluggage, to open a door requiring our room card when our hands were full, show us where things were, and to warn us of a snow storm that might impact our travel the next day. The breakfast was good and the bed was fantastic."

Yet, when i was informed that the room was cleaned every other day it wasnt cleaned per the stated time frame. The pool was being maintenance but the notification was only an overlooked sign hanging on a gate about the spa being closed. The maintenance was being performed by the front desk staff which had me asking why it wasn't done...

My first room had only one usable outlet (across from the bed) no hot water or towels, a broken sink and a significant dip in the bed. My second room had one more outlet and towels for the shower but it must have been a smoking room from the smell and marks on the counter in the bathroom. "The property was new. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The property was OK on a cleanliness standpoint. I'm tired of hotels thinking that using a sticky roller on the floors is equal to cleaning them. Vacuum and get out a mop! There was hair all over the entry and bathroom floors. Beds were comfortable and clean. The shower head was weird. You can hear your neighbors walk, talk, run, snore, plus everything else. The pool area was very nice and big. No hot tub. "All of the reviews of this property were spot on! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The property is newly renovated and was perfect for an overnight on the road home to Texas. We had a great, spacious room with a view of the snowy mountains in May! Very clean and quiet. Nice, hot coffee for our early morning check out!"

"The pool was down due to remodels but the staff was super kind about it and tried to make it better in anyway they could. The entire place was very very clean. The room was clean and spacious. My daughter loved the pancake machine at breakfast. Overall great hotel."
