"Everything was excellent "

"The property was well maintained and very clean. The rooms are average but comfortable. There was ample parking, indoor pool and exercise facility. The cost was on the high side and a free breakfast was not offered. In room coffee pods were not replenished each day."

"There was a problem getting the room cleaned every other day. There wasn't anything posted or information provided about the frequency of room being attended to. Yet, when i was informed that the room was cleaned every other day it wasnt cleaned per the stated time frame. The pool was being maintenance but the notification was only an overlooked sign hanging on a gate about the spa being closed. The maintenance was being performed by the front desk staff which had me asking why it wasn't done...

"The property was new. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The property was OK on a cleanliness standpoint. I'm tired of hotels thinking that using a sticky roller on the floors is equal to cleaning them. Vacuum and get out a mop! There was hair all over the entry and bathroom floors. "This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites, and once again I had a very positive experience.
