"To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a formal complaint regarding a hygiene issue at Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale. During my stay, I observed multiple insects on the bed. This was also witnessed by a hotel staff member (Brian). The presence of insects in bedding is unacceptable and raises clear sanitation concerns. Based on my review and photos, the insects appear consistent with carpet beetles. I reported the issue immediately and checked out. While the hotel relied on a third-party report stating no bed bugs were found, this does not explain or resolve the presence of insects observed. I have photographic evidence, including identifiable room details and geolocation data, and can provide it upon request. "We have nothing to complain about it. Only we prefer stand shower instead of bathtub. Other than that everything all good"

"We arrived at this hotel by car around 6:00 PM. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a strong smell of Indian food. We were in a hurry to leave because we were invited to dinner at a friend's house. We reported this unpleasant experience to the front desk, but they did nothing. Furthermore, we had to leave early the next day because we were expected in Toronto for a conference. Breakfast was included. I had a glass of juice. It was undrinkable! The juice was sour. It seemed like the same orange juice had been reused all week. It certainly wasn't fresh. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was disastrous."

"Mediocre at best. Some of the staff was a bit on the rude side. The thermostat in the room was fake and you had to use one of those loud 90s style ac units. If the bed was king sized as booked then every other hotel I have stayed in must used California Kings. No complimentary breakfast like most in this price range. The pool and hot tub were great...but could use a re-tileing. You need your room key to use the elevator...which is great for safety, but annoying for practicality. Free parking was good, not great tv...no access to streaming services. Very loud when people went by the door. Some cheaper quality items like the ice bucket...which doesn't matter but was noticed. Overall it was just okay...nothing exceptional but also not horrible. Probably won't be returning as there are better options in a similar price range."

"I booked my room through Expedia and the hotel had no record of it in their system when I arrived to check-in. They had to log in through a different system and then luckily they still had a room available. The room had not been fully cleaned - there was a blue ring of soap on the edge of the bath and a huge dot of some sort of cream or something on the desk. When I went to leave I was also issued a $120 parking ticket and when I presented this to the staff at the front desk she checked the paperwork and the staff when I checked in mis-typed it into their system so now I am left to follow-up on them “fixing” their issue. I do not recommend this hotel - this has been a nightmare to stay at this hotel. Last year they used my credit card for fraud and bought a flight and now issues again. Just awful."

"This hotel has seen better days, seriously lacking in maintenance. Room cleanliness was lacking and there is still a wall mounted telephone bathroom from pre cell phone days, it is nostalgic looking at the phone but if they are not going to clean it off, it should be removed."
