"Significant Service Failures - Not What You'd Expect from Marriott I booked multiple rooms to host out-of-town guests for the weekend. What followed was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had in years of global travel as a Marriott Lifetime Gold Elite member. Three significant failures: 1. Repeated key card failures - Guest room keys stopped working multiple times throughout the stay, leaving guests stranded outside their rooms for over an hour each time awaiting resolution....

"Good stay. Everything was good (room, service, breakfast, parking and very convenient location by the highway)."

"Loved the breakfast buffet options, yummy and healthy! Gym was great because running outside wasn’t an option since weather was too hot."

"with the price you pay -you could get a nicer place somewhere else, I just needed to be in that location for my short visit. Staffs were friendly - older building and feels old and some molds in bathroom, carpet was wet and smelly - I did not say nothing since it was a one night stay. Breakfast was decent. Did not use amenities."

"When we came to our room, the room it was a lot of cockroaches. We stayed because I arrived very late that night; if it had been earlier, I would have requested reimbursement, and we would not have spent the third night. I decided to move to another hotel. Bad experience overall"

"Don’t book. The facility is not clean, no WiFi and the pool area was unkept. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"The Den-Den Hotel was just fantastic. It was impressive that Karen, the receptionist, recognised me after I stayed there about six months ago. The facility was relaxing, extremely clean, well-maintained, and everything just worked. Without a doubt, this is where I will stay anytime that I am in the area."

"We walked into the lobby and a roach was literally crawling across the floor. The pool was completely drained. And the room was super hot with no AC and smelt rank. We left immediately and booked another room at a different hotel."
