"The owner was very nice and met all of my needs. The staff there were all very polite and friendly even if they didn’t know English. They gave good recommendations to places to eat and also places to visit. I would recommend this place again. The room as well inside is large and can fit several suitcases for a fraction of the price. The water is hot and they provide everything I needed for the short duration I was there. Thank you to the owner and the staff."

"I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia."

"This hotel was perfect for my one-night stay in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful in helping to arrange my shuttle ride from the Noi Bai International Airport to the Dragon Airport Hotel. the driver was friendly and professional, and the ride was short to the hotel, which was a nice treat following a long flight. The attendants on site upon arrival to the hotel were helpful: one met me at the shuttle car and carried my luggage for me up the stairs and up to my hotel room after check-in. The room had an air conditioner and a fan, which were both helpful in keeping the room nice and cool. Bottled water was provided in the room and clean towels and an overall lovely vibe. The staff also arranged a shuttle ride for me to the airport the following morning, and the attendants once again helped me carry my luggage down the stairs and to the shuttle car. The location is convenient to shops and food. The room was nice and quiet and had thick curtains which kept the room nice and dark for great sleep throughout the night. I am thankful for such a wonderful experience and blessing to have such an affordable stay for my first night in Vietnam."
