"Mixed experience due to inconsistent staff service I booked this hotel in a rush, which led to a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, when I had heavy luggage upon arrival, a female staff member kindly and helpfully explained where to find the luggage cart. However, a male staff member standing nearby just stared blankly without offering any assistance. Later, due to a change in my travel plans, I wanted to extend my stay, but the hotel was completely sold out. We had no choice but...

"I have stayed here multiple times but this recent stay in October was very unpleasant because this hotel heavily restricts the AC. There was a mini heat wave last week, and my room temperature was 80F for most of my stay. They did provide a fan, but it barely made any difference. Even when the AC did come on from 11am to 3pm, the room temperature dropped only 4F after several hours. I was forced to move to another hotel, but they did refund me so that was good."

"Clean, efficient, and the staff was outstanding!"

"Good guest service, clean cozy room, entrance and reception area need improvement somehow"

"Good breakfast"

"주방시설 편리"

"The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was easy to catch a taxi. The room was clean, and since I stayed for a few days and tried two different room types, I got to experience both, which were both wonderful. My only regret and downside was that, due to an unavoidable situation, I had to check out early and couldn't use the room for the remaining days. Unfortunately, no partial refund was provided for...

"Such a wonderful stay! The staff were great, the room was nice and clean and the added extra amenities in the lobber were a pleasant surprise. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of the downtown area with plenty of places to walk to. We stayed in the Singature 1 suite and the sauna was so nice to have in the room along with the extra space and private bath on the patio. I'll definitely stay here again. The only thing that would be nice to have would be some storage in the room for...

"Very welcoming staff and the room felt like home. Also, very convenient location to the base, and train and bus station. Will definitely stay here on my next visit."
