"Clean, efficient, and the staff was outstanding!"

"Mixed experience due to inconsistent staff service I booked this hotel in a rush, which led to a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, when I had heavy luggage upon arrival, a female staff member kindly and helpfully explained where to find the luggage cart. Later, due to a change in my travel plans, I wanted to extend my stay, but the hotel was completely sold out. We had no choice but...

"Good guest service, clean cozy room, entrance and reception area need improvement somehow"

"Good breakfast"

"I have stayed here multiple times but this recent stay in October was very unpleasant because this hotel heavily restricts the AC. There was a mini heat wave last week, and my room temperature was 80F for most of my stay. They did provide a fan, but it barely made any difference. Even when the AC did come on from 11am to 3pm, the room temperature dropped only 4F after several hours. I was forced to move to another hotel, but they did refund me so that was good."
