"Front desk very helpful . We attended theater in the area and needed late check-in and an extra 1/2 hour for check/out. Appreciate the special consideration. Room very clean. Beds and pillows comfy. Slept very well Would come-back next time in the area."

"We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return."

"The owner & front staff were helpful & welcoming. Room was very clean. The kayaks, swing,& outdoor shower were great! If you are looking for 5 star HOTEL, this is not it, but if you want casual, safe, basic & welcoming, this IS it! You are in walking distance to restaurants, beach and very walkable. Very nice!"

"The rooms are very dated and not sufficiently cleaned. The jet tub was better then expected with a lot of power. The free limo ride to the casino was excellent. Overall I will stay again but not in a luxury suite due to the close proximity to misquamicat beach & the casino."

"We absolutely loved being directly on the water. The sound of the waves lulled me to sleep. There were a lot of stairs which should be noted for folks who have bad knees or ambulatory difficulties."

"Family of five who needed a place to crash 3 nights. The location is amazing. Right on the beach. Parking easy and assigned. Rooms were ok. The bathroom cabinet in room 109 was crooked and the back of it inside falling apart. Fridge worked great. View from ocean room.. so beautiful. Balcony, incredible and large. Very strict rules which I’m assuming is from past people partying. Rooms were quiet from other guests. Staff running it was helpful and great. Coffee was on first floor which was nice...
