"I want to personally say that the wonderful woman at the front desk. I cannot remember her name but she was so wonderful to me throughout my stay. I personally witnessed a woman verbally abusing her at that front desk. Another guest and this woman handled that situation with utmost respect and restraint. I myself was getting an anxiety attack and had to leave the situation. She was very attentive to all the guests. If you requested anything she responded immediately. My room was a new renovated...

"The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. "

The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...
