"I didn’t have breakfast but the menu was delightful. The rooms are a good size with lovely modern decor big flat screen tv and the bed (Queen size). Was very comfortable I had a really good sleep. Myself & partner took advantage of the facilities i.e gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and swimming which is heated it was fantastic ☺️"

"Everything is as described and Mary, the owner is super friendly and always available if you have any questions. Knowle is a relatively large historic village with an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants for its size."

"An absolutely stunning hotel in a brilliant location. The grounds, hotel and room were phenomenal, easily standing high above other similar accommodation in the area. I will be returning any time i travel to Birmingham in the future - anywhere else will just feel disappointing now! "

"Only one small gripe....check out time, 10 am. I think this is too early, most hotels are 11am or even 12 noon. In addition I couldn't seem to find this information on hotels website."

"Lovely quiet location, parking immediately outside, very friendly welcome. Superb room, warm, clean, fun smart decor. Comfy beds with toppers. Lashings of hot water. Welcome tray with tea(s), coffee, hot choc, biscuits, squash, bottled water. These small things that make the difference included fresh milk in the fridge. Perfectly quiet pre airport/NEC stay. Would definitely return. Thank you! "
