Staff made sure to reimburse all money that was spent and even let me stay pass checkout because it was taking so long. They were very understanding and patient. I probably won’t wash my clothes there again but I will for sure book another stay there. "

"No pool time for me it being October. I came to meet up with friends the next day at Oglebayfest in Wheeling, and found this hotel quite handy. I grew up in the valley even though I live 3 hours away now. I remember when it was a Holiday Inn. Not sure if you get the customer traffic to support this thought, but the site does look a little outdated, although nice and clean. The Front desk people were efficient and friendly/helpful. "I stayed 1 night. Nice pillows & beds. Bathroom wasn't top-tier condition, but everything worked & the water was hot. Lady called me the morning before I stayed there to say she'd be away from the office by the time I get to the room, but she told me where to find the key. Quiet location, good place cheapest in the area (that still has good Google reviews). I'm totally making this my regular stop for my visits to the area! :)"
