"The hotel is a beautifully situated in the heart of downtown Bethesda and excellent walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. However, the bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable and we had to travel a few floors to get ice because the ice machine on our floor was broken and the floor below us. Leaving us to have to navigate 2 flights of stairs or elevator wait time just to retrieve ice."

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...

"I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service."

"Room price was great! Our room was huge with a separate living area and bedroom. I booked before noticing we had to pay for parking BUT there were many extras. They included a free breakfast buffet and happy hour each evening with 2 free drinks each. ( And happy hour also had snacks ) These added up to far more of a value despite the parking fee. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area again!"
