"Hotel was perfect, only wish they had better parking options"

"Clean hotel in a good location for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valets were fast. One of the two elevators was not working, but they provided signed access to the two staff elevators to make up for it."

"Starbucks coffee shop is gone. Brown bag is OK. The hyatt is now offering coffee in their lobby, but not for free. I wish they had a full breakfast restaurant in the Hyatt. We love staying there because it is so convenient to the metro."

"The toilet flush was as loud as a supersonic jet piercing my eardrums. The toilet also sprayed the room while flushing. This spreads whatever was in the toilet everywhere. I am used to hotel rooms having support for USB devices. There were 0 USB ports. Parking was 5 flights up and down a twisty-turning parking garage. "I'm not into rating or reviews, but I must bring to attention a couple of things. Let me first point out that during check in the staff was very helpful and courteous. The young man behind the desk explained everything clearly, including the renovations that the hotel was going thru. The room was flawless. Clean and comfortable. The two things I want to point out is one, around 8:45 am housekeeping entered the room. Not a huge problem, but something that should be addressed. Especially if check...

"Hair in the beds. We changed rooms multiple times and same issue . Staff was as helpful as they could be though"

"I will be making a complaint to corporate. I did not feel safe , during my stay at about 2am a man walked into my room twice he claimed he was given the wrong key but that does not explain why he kept coming to my room (also my door did not have a latch) . In the morning I went to front desk to ask if they could check the cameras and I was told there wasn’t any and that was it. I stayed awake the whole night because me being a woman, alone, was afraid something would happen to me"

"The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee."
