"The temperature in the room never went below 71, despite a complaint and attempted remediation from the staff. The fam the staff delivered to the room Was much appreciated, however it was v dirty. It was impossible to stay in the room without using the fan and that triggered difficulty in breathing for all the next day."

"Checked in late at night. My room had a soiled bed. Went down to the reception to inform the front desk staff - not sure he believed me. Came down again after half hour requesting clean sheets again. He sent sent security with a set of bedding. Showed him the soiled sheets and he went to get a second set of bedding (2 queen bed room). He wanted to make sure we had two sets of clean bedding. Upon checkout, the lady at the front desk was very apologetic about the my ordeal. Other than the soiled...

"Everything was great and the breakfast and daily reception were the best. The location was convenient for our trip to the DC area. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the indoor pool was closed for much of the day for baby swimming lessons."

"Shower is a glass door that only opens from one side. For shorter people this could be a hassle. Twice the shower head fell off and opening the door sprayed water everywhere."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s a little steep in price at least when I booked it was but I loved the room layout. It was super spacious and the kitchen was helpful! The breakfast in the morning was actually the best free breakfast I’ve had at a hotel thus far. I’d definitely come back"

"The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee."

"Stayed in a renovated room (renovation still happening on lower floors) which was clean, bright, with a good size fridge and microwave. Reservation, room and security staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was decent but abruptly shut down at 9:30 sharp and snatched away from multiple guests standing over the buffet to get food. The lighting in the elevators was far too dark!"

"We checked in and one of the beds was not clean. We had to request new sheets and pillowcases because there was hair all over the pillow and bed. The other bed was clean. They comped our parking for the inconvience of the dirty bed. I went to check out and it hadn’t been taken off. There was no note left about it but I had the text message to prove it. The front desk wouldn’t remove the charges until I told her I wasn’t leaving without it being taken off. It wasn’t the greatest experience but...

He had a coughing fit due to something with the pillow, and needed to go down to the front desk to ask for a change, he did not get the warmest reception for this request. Also, he said there was a lot of road noise, due partly to the fact that the window did not close all the way. He tried to speak to a manager but was told they were unavailable. "Clean hotel in a good location for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valets were fast. One of the two elevators was not working, but they provided signed access to the two staff elevators to make up for it."
