"Very nice size room. Very very pleased with the temperature and water pressure of the shower. A plus! Didn’t like that the fridge doesn’t keep food cold. Huge plus with restaurant in the hotel. Hotel location is superb. Walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. Very happy with this stay and would stay here again."

"The architect planned this to be completely hard to use. It pretends to be an upscale place but has no amenities to ensure that. One person at desk. Restaurant but no room service. Sketchy shower floor grid that everyone's yuk falls through and not cleaned. Confusing parking garage. Zero niceties and customer service Would not recommend. Particularly bad for handicapped or slightly impaired persons ."

"I was here for a tournament and it was a great experience for the kids. The laundry machines and swimming pool (and breakfast) was perfect for our needs as a traveling soccer parent."

"Cleaning the room each day isn’t a true cleaning but more so a tidy up. Wash cloths were not replaced and the toilet seat was left up as if a man finished using however left up with caked up urine stains on bottom of seat. Disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness. Important documents were also removed from the room I.e valet ticket. Leaving me no way to call for the car prior to making my way to lobby. in room phone is inoperable as well. had to place in room dining orders...
