"Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend."

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is...

"Great room and very clean everywhere! However, limited hours of operation for the Starbucks or cafe and restaurant/bar. Not many choices to eat if you arrive after 11pm or very early checkout. Even the little market shop is limited in options."

"This a lovely hotel with a sky high atrium. The beds are very comfortable. The room was quite small and the bathroom small with a weak shower head but it’s all newly renovated. It’s quiet and right in downtown Bethesda next to the metro with theater and restaurants in walking distance"

"My stay was very comfortable and that started with the friendly, helpful staff. My room was very clean. Very nice toiletries. Great bed. However, I didn't have any exercise equipment like pictured in the photos. A minor disappointment. Also, they might consider carrying some healthier snacks in the snack bar, like organic or gluten free options."

"Bed was very comfortable and price was low for DC area. So 3 stars for that but door lock hardly worked, coffee packets were forgotten second day so minus 2 stars. Overall 1 star because it was very convenient for my move."

"The property is run down, shady people living long term, floor sticky, room smelly. No toiletries, no kitchen utensils, no hair dryer....would have left but there were no other hotels available and needed to stay in the area. There is no breakfast provided, just some granola bars and bad coffee. Would NOT recommend."

"I really think they need to upgrade the whole building. Get newer model toilets, phones, just do a whole makeover. Just bring everything up to date."

"I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service."
