"Outstanding hotel"

"I booked through Expedia for three people (1 Adult and 2 children) but was sold a room that only catered for two people. When I got to our room and phoned reception to query I was told it would cost me another $60 a night for a trundler bed and that there were no twin rooms available. I was then told they couldn't help me further as i booked through a third party. Everything about the room was for two people, towels included."

"2 Bedroom suite was very well appointed, clean and comfortable, although the beds are on the firmer side. The kitchen had everything you needed as well as a washing machine /dryer. The only thing that would have topped off the room would have been a second TV in one of the bedrooms, as there was only one TV in the suite. We found the staff to be very lovely and eager to help with anything. We would definitely stay again. "
