"I spent 3 nights at this hotel with my family but didn’t get much sleep because of very unruly guests shouting, slamming doors and running in the hallways at ridiculous hours. I complained to front desk but nothing was done and it continued every night. I could also smell the strong scent of marijuana on the premises. I was very disappointed in my stay here."

"The room was huge had a office space for me to work very quiet the staff was very helpful and nice and the breakfast was always fresh"

"Everyone from the kitchen staff, reception and cleaning staff greeted you and asked if they can do anything for us. The breakfast was divided into “only continental” or continental and full buffet. Both were good and we like having the option. Everything was bright and inviting and there was a good size bar and lounge for cocktails. The prices for everything including the room were reasonable. They replaced the towels and cleaned the room everyday without making a request to do so."

"When I checked, then I asked if there was a restaurant and they said yes I said how late is it open? They said till nine it’s right around the corner. I couldn’t find a menu anywhere so I went to the front desk. Nobody was there 15 minutes later I came back and there was someone from the office there they didn’t have any menus they made me a copy of the menu. Turns out the restaurant wasn’t even open that night. I had invited a date and it ruined my entire plans. Nobody knew what they were...

"I did not stay. My room was not fully ready, my toilet did not work, the staff was unable to make room keys and had to let me in. They did not have another room available. The staff did not have answers or directions. I was left to fend for myself. Expedia was not available for an actual conversation. The online chat and phone numbers could not help. I left the hotel and went to a sister hotel. My bank is currently disputing the charges because I had to pay in pull at the new hotel."

"Stayed at MainStay Suites in Tampa one night recently. The property is close to the interstate and nearby the areas of Tampa that I cared about. Breakfast was also tasty with some standard continental breakfast fair. Unfortunately, the property left a lot to be desired. There was an odor, almost like mold or excessive humidity, throughout the property and in my room. I didn't bring it up because it was for only one night. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless there were no other...

"Staff was very nice, especially Rita at front desk and lady who managed breakfast M-F . Spa was hot and pool area was well maintained. Pool only open dawn til dusk. Stayed for 10 days and got moved as they were renovating rooms on second floor. Bed was very hard especially in room on 3rd floor. Room has very little drawer space which was a little difficult for 10 day staff. No room safe and water pressure in 3rd floor room was low."

"The property has been totally remodeled within the last year. Great place to stay. Breakfast option was very good and the person managing the breakfast was outstanding. Pool area very good. Overall, a great place to stay and very near restaurants and shopping. We will stay there again."
