There was also construction or remodeling going on in the building. I would have liked to know this in advance as well. Had I been privileged to accurate information, I would have made another choice."

They came over to my room immediately and helped me resolve it and I had a nice quiet day, and my service dog was allowed. Will definitely stay again on my way back down to Florida."
