"The hotel was under construction and there was no breakfast and the ice machines were out of order"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but in the middle of the night I found a half inch winged insect crawling up my body in bed. Having killed it, I went into the bathroom, where I found one of its cousins climbing up the wall. Apart from the insect infestation, it might have been a decent stay. No breakfast, just coffee."

Only then did they find out by calling maintenance that the pool heater was not working). There was no mention of when it would be fixed -if ever. "
