For people with no kids it would be perfectly fine… But the property did have tons of cameras and felt secure, and I never saw homeless people come onto property, but only stayed one night. "We fish this area a couple times a year and this place is perfect for a couple of guys who fish 12 hours days for 3 days and need a clean place to sleep. Staff has alway been great, and rooms always clean, don’t leave any thing your car of value, because it won’t be there in the morning. "
