"The hotel was located in a convenient location, however that’s where the positives end. The room itself had terrible workmanship, the quality of the finishes were cheap and were cracking/breaking especially the tiles and finishes in the bathroom. There was mold around the edges of the shower base and the floor of the bathroom was dirty. We were not provided with enough towels and when we called reception we were told curtly that we had to come get them ourselves as there was only one employee...
