"One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients....

"Our two bedroom apartment was fantastic. Night quality decor and extremely clean. Our apartment was cleaned twice per day!
Staff especially Milena C. And Ahmed Adel were excellent hosts and very attentive!
On our departure day they arrange early morning 4 am breakfast for us seamlessly!"
