"Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. "The AC in room only got the bathroom and entry way cold we had it set on 65 and could not feel the AC in the bed. The hot water in shower was hard to control and could not get it hot"

"Stayed in this fun hotel for one night on our way to Charlotte. It’s right downtown and very close to UT Knoxville. Walked across the street to a fun restaurant. Staff was super helpful, hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar is a must as the views are good and it’s a fun place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here."

"There was construction right outside my window that started before 7am. I would check to make sure that construction is complete before staying here. It was so disruptive and noisy."

"Breakfast was great lots of choices. Walking distance to UTK. Parking was extra on site. Felt very safe. Walked downtown very convenient. However I found a pubic hair on the wall of shower! Also found hair ties in the floor. The heating/cooling unit on wall had a smell when turned on and it was filthy inside. We didn’t use it for this reason. We were exhausted from traveling all day so I let it slide. Would definitely ask for a different room next time."

"The property was in a central location to downtown. The room was very clean. Even with the construction, it was not a major disruption to our visit. Only issues we had was elevators were not working properly. On Saturday evening there were 2 of the 3 working and by Sunday morning during checkout, there was only 1 but the staff were generous to allow us to use the service elevator so we could get checked out and get to our appointment on time. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting UTK. It was clean, beautiful, and the amenities were great. It’s a little bit secluded from traffic, which was very nice for someone noise sensitive like me. I had zero disturbances through the night. The AC kept me at a comfortable temperature. Lots of dining options around. I got dinner at an Afghan food truck down the road. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was probably pretty normal for hotel food, nothing special, but I appreciated...

"The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment."

"Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon."
